Cancer Command Center is an educational and research tool. It is not a medical device, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It has not been reviewed, cleared, or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any regulatory body.
Nothing in a report should be acted on without the guidance of a qualified clinician. Drug, trial, pathway, and supplement information is provided to help you form questions — not recommendations. Always consult your oncology team before making any decision about your care. Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something in a report.
Using the Service
By uploading files and running a report you agree to these terms. You must have the legal right to upload any file you submit, and you must be of legal age to enter a binding agreement.
What you receive
You receive an AI-assisted report organizing the data in your files. Results depend on the quality and completeness of what you upload and on the limits of current bioinformatics methods. Findings may be incomplete, uncertain, or wrong, and many require expert review. We make no warranty that the report is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
Payment
Reports are offered for a one-time fee of $499 USD per report. Because analysis is run on your files after purchase, fees are generally non-refundable once processing has begun, except where required by law.
No doctor–patient relationship
Using the Service does not create a doctor–patient, genetic-counselor, or any other professional relationship between you and Arun Verma or Triangle Health.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is,” and we are not liable for any decision made, or harm arising, from use of a report. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Service.
