Privacy Policy
What this covers
Cancer Command Center (“the Service”) lets you upload genomic and clinical files and receive an AI-assisted report. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. The Service is operated by Arun Verma / Triangle Health.
What you upload
You may upload sequencing files, lab and pathology reports, and related health information. These files can contain sensitive personal and genetic data. You upload them voluntarily and you are responsible for having the right to share any file you submit.
How we use your data
- To run the analysis you requested and generate your report.
- To operate, secure, debug, and improve the Service.
- To process payment for the report.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your uploaded files to advertise to you.
Storage & security
Files and results are stored on cloud infrastructure (Amazon Web Services) with access controls and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You can request deletion of your files and report at any time (see Contact below).
Sharing
We share data only with infrastructure providers needed to run the Service (e.g., hosting, payment processing), or where required by law. We do not share your files with third parties for their own purposes.
Your choices
- Request a copy of your data.
- Request deletion of your uploads and report.
- Decline to upload any file you are not comfortable sharing.
Not a medical or genetic-counseling service
The Service is for education and research. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or genetic counseling. See the medical disclaimer.
